Not sure what you mean. From what I recall a dividend had 3 dates associated with it.

The declaration by the company
The date of record or ex-dividend date
and the payment date.

Declaration date is today so we will see that as a liability on the next 10Q.

Date of Record they said was 9-15-17,

They don't mention the payment date.
