Is there any IP and is it protected by USPTO, or in progress?
Is there a need, mild, moderate, critical?
Does the product work?
Is it reliable?
Is it safe?
Is it available at a fair price?
Will the product appeal to more than 30% of the marketplace?
Is it approved by a U.S. agency?
Might it become an M&A target?
Is it publicly traded?

If the answer is 'yes' to any 6 of the above 10 questions, the stock is a strong candidate in my book. Do your own DD . . . . now . . .
