Here is another reason PN has to delist the stock....no more NASDAQ governance issues. He can have captive Board. This would be very short sighted on his part as Wall Street would never give him another dime. They simply would not support the present management structure.

Is there another way out? Last year there was only 28 million votes out of 100 million shares for the BOD. He can be voted out as the CEO with much less than 51 million shares.
