I cannot agree with you more, although, throughout my years past in business, I sometime questioned if continuous unlimited sales commissions are warranted for sales staff. After initial connection made, sales work
is very limited to servicing that account, for justifying continuous commissions. But there is NO WAY to diminish the IMPORTANCE of 'signing up' a NEW ACCOUNT! "REELING them in" IS SO IMPORTANT, especially when you know the product you are getting them to stock, WILL SELL. That in itself makes getting the right motivated sales staff SO important and justifiable, I guess, for that continuous commission.

There is no doubt this is the first step in this very important retail connection for marketing and I am expecting much more good news branching out from this!!
