In fact he didn't only say that he was "sick".
His statement about sickness is part of an official document filed with a governmental agency (SEC). Purpose of such filings is to meet the minimum requirements for shareholder informations in OTCQB.
Are you supposing that Thomas Ichim simply lied in this statement?
Not that i've doubt he'd do that if it fits his need. Possibly some kind of compensation?
But hey, now shareholders of another company should trust this man ???

The public easily confuses him who fishes in troubled waters with him who draws up water from the depths.
