Good observation!

I think they're "sales strategy" is mostly focused on helping their many lenders sell shares and convert warrants.

This company is less about being a real business than it is about being a financing vehicle, thus far. The proof? Read the 10-Q.

Something isn't adding up. The company doesn't have enough inventory to produce much sales in the near-term, and their plants aren't yet even ready to be harvested. The total amount invested, per their own balance sheet, has been $421K. A facility, even leased, requires much more investment than that. The company has raked in a bunch of money this year ($1.175mm through June 30th), but only $167K has been invested into fixed assets. Smells funny...

*$3.1mm stockholders' deficit
*lots of convertible notes and warrants below the current price
*burning cash like crazy - $1.09mm in H1-17

This company doesn't belong to the shareholders, lol, it belongs to the lenders...
