The word distraction, to me, implied that something in the reporting was incorrect to make the report sound more positive than it actually is to sway investors. That is where I was coming from with my reply. I do agree about your feelings on the law suit and how it was filed.

Not putting words in your mouth at all, and I'd rather be called out if one feels I misinterpreted their post when I reply as you have done. Always up for good debate without name calling or disparaging remarks. We all learn from a good debate. When I'm wrong about something fact based and not opinion based, I like to be corrected and I'll do the same. Opinions and facts are two different matters. Making money takes facts and not opinions. (unless one is a relentless pumper).
