Its Yazbeck's latest tool in distracting potential and current investors as to what is the actual state of the company finances.
Just like the ridiculous lawsuit he filed for $29Million.. which wasn't even filed in Federal court which is where it should have been filed.
Both are distractions...
Yazbeck trying a sleight of hand trick...
Or maybe it is Yaz just trying to see what distraction sticks..
