SYMX now has 40% interest in a 270 million metric ton thermal coal asset.
A metric ton of thermal coal is about $86. So 270,000,000 * 86 = 23,220,000,000. 23,220,000,000 * 40% = 9,288,000,000. So SYMX, a 40 mil marketcap company, has control of a $9.3 billion thermal coal asset?
