Gamco, thanks for that review, you point out a number of very positive issues relating to our company. I agree with all you posted. My response is a simple one; WHY? With all of the positives, why has the share price dropped 34% in six month. We are currently within a $1.50 of a new 52 week low, even with the market at new highs. Volume is nonexistent. No shareholder support from this management or BOD.

Where is the disconnect? At this stage, a new license may be required to simply stop the downward spiral. Question: does anyone know how many people there are in our licensing department?
