True on the Late filing, and the couple extra days.

But the UGLY 10q ?? At least explain your position as to what was so bad ugly about the 10q. Or maybe what company your comparing it to. After all no one said the were the next Amazon .

From my (dx) prospective everything appears to be moving in the right direction.
