Sorry Bio. I will apologize if I am wrong but not planning on any white knight scenarios. This IP has been being impeded for some time and I do not think what is happening now is that far removed from that impedment. My guess is Ronin and or others have made a concerted effort to drive down the pps before they ever made it go up. We know someone sat on it for a while. This overall plan to get the IP didn't just hatch

I am pretty sure many other Biotecs experience the same thing in the BP world. The difference is the others either have a major individual or multiple wealthy founding shareholders to fend off a low bid or they have a BOD smart enough to realize you have to play ball with the big guys. Our current team had no equity and still thought they could control everything. It worked for a while.
