Would Sean Parker chance that happening? Would Ronin backers play nicely to share PS Targeting with PCI ?

PCI was set up to share patents and monies go back into the system.... so with MSK as founding member and MSKs Dr Jedd Wolchok finding value in PS Targeting would Dr Wolchok reward the hand that is feeding him lately (Sean Parker...) ?

Oh what a finish we have going on here......and maybe Sean Parker has plans to double up ($250M) his original $250M IF PS Targeting is secured.....
