The Wall Street Journal revived a report that Draghi will lay out quantitative easing tapering at Jackson Hole. Speculation that European Central Bank President Mario Draghi would use his return to the Symposium where he first hinted at a fully extended asset purchase program to now announce the end of quantitative easing had been making the rounds immediately after his participation was announced.
