Moffat, As I have repeatedly posted I have been buying all the way down until this last development. I am done buying until at least the delisting issue is resolved. A reverse split would be devastating for us shareholders.

Word UP, I agree with everything you have said about the company's prospects and Mr. Colonese has a track record in raising money. However Mr. Colonese is not our CFO, CEO and COB. PN holds all of these positions at BPTH.
