I contacted IR directly about that specific topic and they were very specific that they will not have ANY info until they get the final report in Q2-Q3.

Therefore, the interim analyses data will not be released earlier, and Amarin will not be apprised of the interim data during this time frame. As you probably are aware, we expect to hear in Q2 or Q3 of 2018.
