No, this looks like penny stock scammers at their worst to me. The fact that they gave this unknown guy 4mm shares at $.00275 per share to dump into the float is a big red flag. This is what scams do, not real companies.

(1) Mr. Brian Weigel, an US resident and citizen exercises the sole voting and dispositive powers with respect to the shares of the Registrant's common stock owned of record and beneficially by Novus Group.


(2) The above-referenced shares were obtained as part of the reverse merger between the Company and Battle Mountain Genetics. The Novus Group invested $11,000 into Battle Mountain Genetics for 4,000 shares which were exchanged for 4,000,000 shares of the Company as part of the reverse merger.

What's really funny is that they originally said $15,000. The bum probably couldn't even come up with the extra $4000!

I am not saying anything about the $0.10 shares except that only someone stupid would pay $1.64 for something that will be sold at a 94% discount, or $0.10 and that the company's management is a bunch of scumbags for talking about a dividend when they haven't even raised the capital they need to raise. This is simply incredible to me that they could be so stupid to think they will get away with this.
