We know a lot of the shady shells have shady lawyers...our attorney on the other hand is very respectable!
This isn't some sketchy transaction like what happened with Adam Tracy, this is the legit deal.

He also works for Premier Legal Group
If they're using a lawyer like that you can bet he's not cheap, so they are doing this by the books and making sure everything is done perfect.
I'm also thinking they might retain him for legal counsel as well after everything is said and done which would make sense since they are going to have several different businesses under the multiple shells which will then be put under the $GRDO Umbrella!
