I have called BF Borgers myself and determined the audit of PGPM is indeed happening.(See my previous postings)

Notice that the audit was announced 2 days b4 the suspension and the reason PGPM retained an auditor was "Pilgrim Petroleum Corporation Retains BF Borgers CPA Firm to Become a Fully Reporting SEC Company"

So, it's just a matter of time b4 PGPM will become a "FULLY REPORTING SEC COMPANY" and the CE gets removed.... just think of the opportunity here when the audit is complete and the CE comes off!!!
