Yea it leaves everyone room to run wild with speculation. I've been tracking the OS since December. there were small increases to the OS up till April and Rich had a debt arrangement for no more than $20,000 per month. That was until they came to a final agreement with all 5 note holders listed in the finacials for $1,099,094 which is the 613mil shares. That's when we started seeing larger increases to the OS. As rich stated blocks are issued and then sold at 10% so most of the issued shares are still held.
