That implies events to reach data lock took too long to get info into them by mid August of this year so they will need to resubmit by mid August of next year which will lead to an opinion by April of 2019. If we have full data within 6 months and the Germans are ready but the British are not, there may be some wealthier Brits going to Germany or the US for treatment if FDA also grants conditional approval here under the newer legislation.
