I don't agree. When we got clobbered awhile back, people presumed it was due to the BOD's decision to maintain but not increase the distribution. It was not the case, though. It had been a lousy quarter.

I spoke with the CFO who is also the Investor Relations head. My background is in Investor Relations too, so it was easy for us to connect. We agreed a communique was in order if only to buoy the flagging unit price.

He got the company to publish an edited version of the conference call. The rest is history.

There are ways to repair things and I'm confident NGL will do whatever needs to be done. It may take intervention from an outsider but the important thing is that things do get done.
