Yes, it will be affected because all the share restricted are common shares. If they holding preferred stock then that will be remaining the same. As I was explained in the post below.

This isn't similar to other crappy/pos out there. The assumption of doing r/s at any bigger amount will not occur here.

If people fully understood on OTTV share structure, then they will fully appreciate the investment here.

Unlike 95% companies out there they have a/s - o/s, preferred stock, common stock and in some case stock share classes.

This is the loop hole allow the company with only one man show making all the call. YUP!! He doesn't give a squat about the common shares is because with the preferred shares issue to him he can fully control the company. Yes, at any time he can call for r/s of his choice and common shareholders, rarely have voting rights.

It's clear the preferred share making all the calls.

If you look at OTTV share structures. You only see a/s - o/s and restricted shares. NO PREFERRED STOCK, STOCK OPTION, OR STOCK SHARE CLASSES.

So what is this tell you? The entire management team all they have is the common shares.

THEY SIGN THE EMPLOYEES AGREEMENT TO ACCEPTED THE COMMON SHARES RESTRICTED FOR THEIR PAYDAY.

THIS IS THE KEY TO YOUR SUCCESSFUL INVESTMENT BECAUSE NOW YOUR MONEY IS RIDE SIDE BY SIDE WITH THEM. IF THEY DO THE R/S THEY WILL HURT YOU BUT MOSTLY HURT THEM MORE.
