Just posting a curious question that I happened to think about. Would the restricted shares in the share structure be affected by a reverse split as well if it were to happen?

I couldn't find anything online as most of it just talks about the A/S. I would assume all shares are affected. This would lead me to believe, for the sake of Viva (and us little guys too), that Johnny would really be holding true to his words to benefit those who he made partnerships and gave those restricted shares to. It would be silly to do otherwise.

Thoughts?
