Back when I valued the company at a 5 multiple on $2M projected revenue or $10M and divided by the fully diluted OS (debtor shares in OS and doubling for the Pref D effect) or 3.018B shares, that results in $.00321.

Now of course because of decreasing vs increasing sales, that 5 multiple is moving quickly to a 2 multiple, so that number can drop to under $.002.

Real shame that he can't build sales fast enough to counter dilution. I might need to lower my next buyin down from $.0025 it's set at.
