They have diluted long term shareholders with large amounts of new shares in the last six months.

They've diluted what they had to dilute to pay the White Box loans and stay afloat. Are you suggesting that they should have done otherwise? Too bad they had to do it at these horrifically low prices. But you can thank those shorting the stock - naked or otherwise - for that. Still... if you've done your DD in this stock, and believe DCVax-L has an excellent chance at approval, you would have taken this opportunity to average down yourself. If one hasn't sold, it's obvious to me that such a shareholder believes there is enough of a chance for success that it's worth hanging in there to and risk losing their remaining 10% or 5% or 1% or whatever their position is in NWBO.

Something does not sound right here.

It makes perfect sense to me.
