If MVTG had nothing then why did Main Capital in Florida fund MVTG for 2 more years and pay the bills and then agree to convert that debt to preferred shares so that MVTG could buy AWS and thus give investors a revenue and profit producing subsidiary while MVTG continues the final hunt for funding for the Syn Gas ERC grant?
