Just because the SP isn't moving after such paid PR, doesn't mean it went unnoticed and people don't care or find it dubious. It was an important, well summarized piece of information issued through a PR agency which is used by thousands of clients. If you run a small unknown nanocap company you can't wait for attracting the attention of independent press if that is what you are referring to a "real company" should do.
