Strong board bullishness points to hefty and long decline.

"Market action behaves diffently in an uptrend versus a downtrend. Oversold in a downtrend means the price is very likely to reverse back down. In an uptrend, there tends to be be more upside for a while. Those who have not shifted their mindset from downside trading are having a difficult time. To make matters worse, this uptrend looks to be a monster rally in the making which makes things for the bears that much more painful"
