Neah owns the IP. It is possible NEAH will be reverse merged so new money can own a big chunk.

However, D'Couto and club are big Neah SH and would not hose themeselves too badly.


It is possible D'Couto will activate the 2.5 billion remaining sh in the Authorized and handover to new money then rs the whole thing. Who knows ?

We won't get through this without at least a bit more pain.
