Exactly and that's why I suggested it to them this morning. Six of one, half a dozen to them because their locked up, but for us shareholders, it's a big deal. Common is all anyone every really talks about on the boards. If they only knew the ridiculous amounts of preferred behind the scenes on most of these plays and the conversion rates, they'd sh*t themselves. Yes, it removes it from the outstanding. UF
