It is possible that Rexista would be tentatively approved for IV and not for oral or nasal. There might not be a strong chance of that but there is a chance. The facts are pretty conclusive that it is the best ADF available for IV abuse deterrence and thus lives could be saved if it were approved. The FDA knows this and also know the ADCOM lost its way and was unable to focus on these facts. While it is a high hill to climb, it remains a possibility.
