Everyone... Just be clear on one thing... Rexista will not be approved in September. I have no idea why people are still thinking this is possible. I think everyone needs to wake up and realize IPCI is currently working out how they will run and submit the additional HAP data to the FDA. Yes, this is a setback. But because of the litigation it is not that big of one. I am sure they will get a plan in place and run the tests. That puts approval some time in 2018. But like I said, this setback is not huge because the litigation would probably prevent them from selling and marketing Rexista anyways.
