I went further and found a Canadian-specific Instagram account for Cabana which looks like it's just been launched. The most recent post was 2 days ago. You can see that here: https://www.instagram.com/cabanacanada/
As someone else mentioned, it looks like some of those pics show Cabana in Costco and a number of other stores here in Canada.
