TAUG is in Trips probably because or conversions that resulted from:

A. The increase in monetary liability of each Note due to the default penalty/ liquidated damages

B. Well documented change of conversion terms triggered by July 31, 2015 delinquency


It would be abhorrent to blame the company for that. And I think that the best idea now is for the jury to listen to these facts and make a determination - whatever that may end up being
