$6/Share, what is your basis for this? Wilson just sold millions of shares and warrants at $3.97/Share. Additionally, there are millions of shares and warrants from the 2015 financing that are priced as low as $1.20/Share. TPIV average trading volume is 40,000 shares on a good day. This is a significant price and volume cieling or barrier for the share price to go up from current levels, let alone your forecast. What happens from here is a slow painful decline in share price, lower highs and lower lows on low volume and volatility until we reach a high volume capitulation at somewhere near 1) cash value of $0.50 to $1.00/share and 2) when Wilson is fired and new management is in place. Then we should go back up hopefully. Do not look for a buy-out to bail you out, not a good investment thesis, investing on buy-out hope never works. Additionally, other companies will just wailt TPIV out until their cash position is low and buy at a very low share price of less than a $1/share. Only way to get better acquisition price is if the company can demonstrate they can go it alone and Wilson has never executed and getting much older by the minute. Through poor management and leadership, Wilson boxed you into a real bad deal. Keep paying hin tht big salary and bonus, options and restricted shares, he deserves it!
