When I first bought shares in this company, there were 110M outstanding.

Now there are more than 550M outstanding.

Virtually no appreciable revenues in the intervening years.

Please explain how that is not dilution.




I didn't say that there's never been any dilution of PNTV shares. From my post...

Again there is no evidence that PNTV has issued any new shares (i.e. diluted its stock). Anyone who is blaming this recent pps action on dilution is misinformed.



PNTV has been a company for over 15 years. Of course there's been dilution over that time frame. My point is that the current spike, then drop, in pps has nothing to do with dilution. There have been very few shares issued in the past six months (primarily restricted shares to employees) and they would have easily been absorbed by the trading volume, assuming they were even sold or could have been sold.
