I am really not too surprised....
You have to PROVE things are not true in order to be able to PROVE "libel"...
Repeating things already available in the public record...like in court docs...is not "libel"...
And of course, there is STILL a little thing called freedom of speech in my country.

Perhaps that is why TAUG has not PRed the big libel suit that was alleged???
Did BSethie get his alleged "big retainer" back???
Or was it all just BS threats to try and shut up critics???
