Speculation: Fins are now being reviewed and revised to reflect the recent dissolution of the SPCL/Migme deal (?)

Please speculate further and explain, because I am totally confused, how it is at all possible that an attempted acquisition in the year 2017 could have any effect on DELINQUENT 2014, 2015 FINANCIALS? Unless of course they were presenting fraudulent historical financial data to the intended target of the R/M in order to gain Migme shareholder support?

And after you 'splain that one please speculate as to how a R/M between Private/Public companies could possibly have been completed without full financial disclosures, which would have to include the DELINQUENT 2014, 2015 FINANCIALS, to the SEC of both companies?
