The SEC expects "investors" to use some common sense and do some DD of their own. There were MANY red flags here for a long time. For one, GRLT is NOT an SEC registrant and there are no real audited filings from these dark company's. The OTC marketplace discloser statements filed by these crooks were a joke. Not a word of it can be believed and there is no independent audit of those pretend "filings". Like you said, these crooks can say whatever they want and they pretty much do...

The most valuable thing most investors will get out of this scam is the lesson learned.
