I'm not sure what preferred shares you are referring to, maybe we are talking about the same things not sure.

What I do know is the preferred A & B were created and offered to tackle the debt so that the dilution does not happen anymore.

but what is important is that its not the company selling shares, its the debt holders, which will equal less debt, is the way I understand it.

anyway just a messenger here and this seems to be just a hiccup.

eventually the debt holders will get paid and we can move on
