Its easy. BMIC is only on the ask not BID. Thats not MM manipulation. He is not shorting the stock, cuz if he was he would be on the BID scooping up all the cheapies. Its a note holder or 2 dumping shares. I posted an email confirming it, I suggest you contact the CEO so you know yourself. It seems people have a hard time believing emails posted here
