In the email he said there are 3 individuals who hold a total of 70 M shares all together.
Preferred shares have been offered to all 3 , only one seems to be diluting right now, I don't know how many this particular individual holds but I'm guessing around 20 M
With the action yesterday and today I think he might have already diluted about 12 M or so and he probably planned it so that he would catch some of the upside on the Q news which was delayed as you know. He seems to be reluctant to sell them low, IMO

In my opinion, let him sell and leave so we don't have to worry about those notes ever again! :) many will benefit from the discount he has created, remember this is not the company selling and the OS and AS are still the same as before.
Still holding all my shares in a couple of weeks this won't matter that much since its a one time thing.
