If all this is true then where is the current team in coming out and discussing it with SHs? Why hasn't it already happened? Why would they wait til the last minute? For crying out loud, theirs reputation (what is left of it) is on the line.

If they can't come out and make as good or better case than you, North, CP, etc then they either have not done it or are in on the whole delivering the company to BP for whatever knows what reason (probably has something to do with $).

They can't just stay quiet and win the fight. Come out and say "ok we have been paying ourselves quite well but here is where we are. We are on the verge of exsomes being done, MSK breakthru, and BBs this or that. We need this amount of time and this amount of money to complete. If we haven't done this in the next ____ months we will resign on our own."

They still might get voted out but where is the fight. I can only conclude that they are nowhere near monetizing anything, they are in on it, or one more which is they think somehow they can retain power due to the protections of Delaware law and they are going to make it some sort of legal fight. The last would make the most sense for them because they get paid and keep power while Shs suffer which they obviously have never cared about
