Question: If Ronin Capital Management / Stafford family / Stephen White...etc controlled PS Targeting BEFORE current Peregrine BOD penetrated into Dr Jeddand Wolchok lab at MSK ......would have Ronin group done the same ?

The answer is no...imo, because Ronin would have dealt the deck of cards as passed over to him and breadcrumb deal stacked in favor of Big Pharma awaited....

How much MORE validation did current Peregrine BOD just stack in Peregrines favor just getting into Dr Wolchok lab and even having him present at AACR 2017 in April

newly revealed 2nd joint PPHM+Mem.Sloan/Wolchok preclin. study: “PS Targeting + Adoptive T Cell Transfer Eliminates Advanced Tumors without Off-Target Toxicities in a Melanoma Model”. IMO, the Wolchok Lab is saying in #1651 that the effectiveness of either type of Adoptive TCell Transfer (ACT), be it TCRs or CAR T (ie, the newer gene-modified T cells approaches), is improved by combining with Bavi and makes for a “highly desirable strategy.” - see more below.

Now, how many collaborations did Peregrine say they had? DOZENS and some of the 9 with Wolchok had nondisclosed pipelines so Peregrine could be much more relevant with all those looking for Dr Wolchok recommendation ......

So now Ronin wants to step in as Peregrine is stacking Aces on top of the deck .....and Ronin wants to pull the leverage ....pull collaborations right out from under Peregrine as they give one like Goldman Sachs a Medarex type forced fed deal with all leverage on a Big Pharma side where courts have no choice but side with Ronin if lawsuits filed AFTER a breadcrumb deal.

All the reason why ALL should wait and see what Peregrine's response will be.....but in case, call and tell Ronin to put it in writing ...SEC filed to make sure all precautions are taken, no private deal and open up to bidding even if they get an offer for anyone ......keep the PS Targeting doors open to MSK NCCN Dr Wolchok etc
