I do not doubt Wolchok or MSK but I do doubt this management's team to do anything happen. So we choose between inevitable dilution by a team that continues to overpay themselves in total disregard for the SHs or Ronin who it is becoming obvious is in bed with company and IP thiefs.

Still a little to play out but I do not like my choices. I also don't like the fact that neither the current team or Ronin is doing much to alleviate the obvious negatives both of them represent.

I do not put much credence in what many of the non-SHS say here but some of the long term holding SHs have a real problem with the current team and their choice not to put up an argument, deal, partner or anything else. Their silence in the face of this regarding their compensation, plan, counterpoint to the Ronin letters, etc are leaving no choice
