PB, Long term BPTH prospects? To quote Super Tramp, "it all depends on money." The science so far appears to justify optimism but inept management could easily derail good science.

I think this BPTH message Board has repeatedly started their views on management. Has anything happened recently to change that view in the long run yet? NO!

In fact, the resignation of two BOD members over disputes with management and additional governance issues with the NASDQ listing would support the opinions of many on this stock board.

One thing is certain.....PN with BOD approval has changed the bylaws to protect himself and stifle minority shareholder dissent. He has used the past BOD and compensation committee headed by Garrison (who recently resigned) to accumulate a huge amount of stock, when if even half of that stock were sold on the open market at $2.00 or above, we would not be in the present financial straights.

What has PN accomplished to warrant this compensation or his annual salary? Certainly the repeated delays, missed timelines on the trials, the lack of proper funding and NASDAQ delisting issue raises questions about the competence of BPTH's management.

For me the buck stops with the CEO. Can BPTH succeed with PN at helm? As time progresses it appears less and less likely. PN needs to take immediate and decisive actions to protect the shareholders interests. If past history is an indication of PN's future performance, you be the judge.
