That is only part of the problem. The two clowns that run this have PR's so many lies, few will believe anything they say in the future. A good pr that might move the PPS up will be ignored thanks to the history of the bullshit they have released.
Based on the current pps and the volume, few are interested in buying this at any price, and most who hold it are looking at such large losses, they will hang on to shares and hope or watch it go broke.
