The court cases are not "out of the way." Far from it. IFUS will have to pay several hundreds of thousands of dollars in court ordered payments just to stay in business. And, who says that there are not more court cases coming? I would bet that there are ... as in multiple court cases, not singular.

Secondly, we don't have to "assume" that IFUS did little business the last few years. The court has told us exactly how much business was done the last few years. While WaWa and his co-conspirators were telling everyone that business was great and they were doing $$MILLION$$, the court showed they had only done a grand total of $300.00 business in two years ... that is 41 cents/day.

The truth is that IFUS has nothing. No one is on site and it has been abandoned for a very, very long time.
