Hard to say what the value of the technology is over the life of the patents. Best play is to lock in 2-3 million shares now and wait. They will be worth a nice chunk of change within a couple of years. Even a .10/share settlement is a $250-300k gain for a current $8700 investment. Dont bet the house, there are alligators in the pond that can chew up your money down the road. Cash in chances here are about 75%. IMO.
